Neil’s Profile & Background…

Neil is a Business Consultant for Prestige Business Solutions Ltd and works specifically in the HR Training Division. He coordinates all of our HR Training, as well as delivering our range of Soft Skills Workshops.

Neil has worked in Sales and Business Development for over 10 years and brings a wealth of experience to the team having worked for various Software and Telecoms companies across NI/ROI. He also spent several years in the Banking industry as a Customer Service Manager and he prides himself on building positive relationships with customers in order to increase business and maintain loyalty.

Neil has worked his way up through previous companies to Senior Management due to his professionalism and commitment to 'doing a good job' as well as his management style. He has helped various start-up companies get off the ground and become serious players in their respective markets. He has developed a keen interest in HR & Recruitment over the years having spent time on both sides of the interviewing table, making his role at Prestige all the more valuable.
