Women are still less likely to get top jobs!



According to recent studies, women continue to be paid less and are not as likely to hold senior positions as men!

The figures show that there are 10 times fewer female managing directors than male and that they are paid on average a sixth less - that equates to a loss of ptentially £13000 a year!

The reseach also showed that female executives gained senior roles at an earlier age than their male peers, 3-4 years younger.
